FAQ
Who is this for? Does my kid need music experience?
Kids ages 6 – 11.
No music experience needed. This isn’t a lesson, and nobody is getting singled out or asked to “perform.” It’s built for regular kids who like music, games, and having fun with friends. Everything is taught in the moment, and the activities work well even if it’s your child’s first time doing anything music related.
What is Kids’ Night Out, exactly?
A drop off music night designed to feel like an actual night out for kids.
Think: music games, movement games, pizza + drinks, and a creative project. It’s structured on purpose so kids stay engaged, and the night has a clear flow from start to finish.
What will they do during the evening?
We rotate through a mix of:
Big group music games (easy to jump into)
Movement games (get the Friday night energy out)
Pizza + drinks break
A creative project (something they can take home)
How is the night staffed and supervised?
Two Meg Wynne Music teachers are with the group the entire time. It’s our own teaching team, not random hired sitters.
All MWM team teachers have background checks.
How does drop-off / pick up work?
Parents come inside to sign kids in at drop-off and sign them out at pick-up. For safety, children will only be released to a parent, guardian, or another adult listed as an approved pick up person.
Food allergies
You’ll mark allergies during signup so we have it in advance.
Pizza + drinks are included.
What if my child has special needs?
Totally welcome. After you register, you can reach out to our admin team with anything you want us to know ahead of time (anxiety, sensory needs, neurodivergence, etc.). The more we know, the better we can support your child that night.
Where are you located?
Meg Wynne Music is in Mesta Park at 1720 N Shartel Ave.
